We use Squarespace because it’s highly customizable, responsive, and easy to use. We have also worked with Shopify and other platforms, but prefer to focus on Squarespace now, as it’s the best fit for our clients, who are often very hands-on and need to be able to manage updates themselves.

Yes! Retainers are available for businesses that require consistent, reliable design or retouching support each month. Custom packages can be arranged based on your workflow and priorities.

Each project is custom-quoted based on scope, complexity, and timeline. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, costs, and timelines.

Most projects require a 50% deposit to begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis.

Your deposit secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to dedicate time and resources specifically to your project. As a result, deposits are non-refundable. That said, we’re fully committed to delivering high-quality work and addressing any concerns with care and professionalism throughout the process.

We don’t print in house, but we provide press-ready files and can recommend reliable printers for your needs.
