Inspired by her son's intolerance to gluten and her daughter's insatiable sweet tooth, Daisy and her two assistant chefs set off on a journey to produce the best gluten-free baked goods EVER! With dad, Mark, as expert taste-tester, they created an assortment of pastries, muffins, cakes, and more, using over 95% organic ingredients and natural, unrefined sweeteners like coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey and dried fruits. Dissatisfied with commercial gluten-free baking mixes, Daisy developed her own proprietary gluten-free blend using organic sprouted grains and starches. The results will make you forget you are eating gluten-free!
